Biography

Talikota Hari Krishna serves on the trust board of the Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam — the Sri Kanaka Durga Temple on Indrakeeladri hill, Vijayawada — one of 16 members appointed by the Andhra Pradesh government in September 2025. A political leader and community servant from Hyderabad, he has given his public life to the interests of the Telugu people: development, good governance and Telugu cultural pride.

The Kanaka Durga Temple is one of the most visited Devi temples in South India, receiving millions of pilgrims a year. It is administered by its trust board under the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Department, and the board’s work covers governance, financial oversight and devotee services. He is a member of the board, not its chairman.

In the Telugu Desam Party he served as TSNV State Organising Secretary and then TSNV State General Secretary, and is the iTDP Telangana State President.
